Position Summary

The Metal Stamping Production Associate is responsible for operating stamping presses and related equipment to produce high-quality metal components. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate metal stamping presses and auxiliary equipment
• Load and unload materials and parts into machines
• Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment preferred
Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and part drawings
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

Working Conditions

• Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• May require overtime or weekend shifts based on production needs
