Job Description

SUMMARY The Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This position ensures every guest room is clean and well-maintained while performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &; RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned) • Creates housekeeping boards, verifies minutes per room and assigns lunches. • Inspects rooms, verifies and reports status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enters into property management system (as needed) with attention to detail and efficiency. • Completes work orders as needed. • Performs Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties as needed. • Assists in training Room Attendants as needed. • Responds to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. • Maintains a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. • Maintains a high morale and an efficient pace of the Room Attendants during the shift. • Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related, or un-related to original position.   To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
