Part-time Driving Position (Non-Career)

ARC- Assistant Rural Carrier

· Customer service, the face of USPS in the community

· Do not wear a uniform

· Mostly driving, postal vehicle provided

· Delivering parcels in all elements on Sundays and Holidays

· Work independently

· Paid hourly

· Raises are based on the contract

· Voluntarily become a union member

· Can work on Saturday delivering mail if the office has used ALL overtime options

· Position will NOT turn into a career position (permanent position with FULL benefit package)
