Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care across internal teams and community providers.
- Provide clinical supervision to counselors and case managers.
- Support quality and utilization management efforts including peer review, outcome tracking, and client feedback.
- Manage a small clinical caseload.
- Promote a supportive, recovery-oriented team environment rooted in client-centered care.
