Job Description
The DS Administrative Assistant provides administrative and program support to the Developmental Services Division. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and timeliness of departmental contracts, billing, and documentation, helping NKHS deliver high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process Shared Living Provider contracts and related documentation.
• Coordinate with administrative and financial staff to ensure contract completion and signature collection.
• Process pay requests and manage outside contracted supports in collaboration with the Business Office.
• Assist with DS billing, ARIS billing, and encounter data.
• Maintain accurate records and support program documentation and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with administrative and leadership teams on department projects.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with federal regulations and agency policies.
