Job Description
Hardware Customer Service Staff
Assist customers with purchases, maintain clean and well-stocked displays, and ensure excellent service while supporting store policies and cooperative goals.
General Accountability
Report to Management Team; support positive store operations, communicate customer and staff needs, and uphold cooperative values.
Supervision
· No hire/fire authority
· Train and assist co-op employees as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide prompt, friendly customer service
· Operate cash register and perform cashier duties
· Stock and rotate merchandise; maintain product displays
· Keep store clean and organized
· Receive and check in merchandise
· Follow all store policies, health, and safety practices
