Job Description
- Must be 21 years old
- Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and other negotiable instruments
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and resolve discrepancies
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including balances, statements, and transaction history
- Promote and explain bank products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
- Identify and report suspicious activities or potential fraud in compliance with banking regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a professional environment
