Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the powersports industry and possess strong sales skills. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions that enhance their machine ownership experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction within our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional manner
  • Provide detailed information about machines, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with financing options and paperwork to facilitate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the service department to address customer inquiries regarding machine maintenance and diagnostics & the parts department to provide customers with knowledge of accessory options, maintenance products, etc.
  • Utilize effective sales management techniques to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and have product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
  • Excellent math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the powersports industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
