Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesCreare is a leader in cutting-edge R&D, developing new technologies and providing analysis, design, experimental, computational, product, and consulting services to industry and government. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in space systems and military applications. You'll be part of Creare's interdisciplinary team, working closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers and skilled technicians to bring R&D concepts to life in our lab and field environments.
Duties include
- Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical systems for mission-critical applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level performance and compliance
- Support proposal development and customer engagement efforts, contributing technical insight to business development initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects
- Ensure designs meet applicable military or aerospace standards and customer requirements
