Job Description
Production- Finishing Department/Manufacturing Team Member
Starting pay $16.00/hour
Part Time minimum 28 - hours a week Monday-Thursday
Full Time 36 - 40 hours a week Monday- Friday
Position: Manufacturing Team Member
We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and adaptable individuals to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be open to rotating through various responsibilities and embracing new challenges as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Learn and operate filling equipment and handle component filling tasks.
- Packaging: Perform final packaging of finished goods to meet quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- General Production Support: Assist with other manufacturing tasks as assigned to support overall production goals.
