Job Description

**Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational development and change management initiatives
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- SHRM-SCP, CP certification
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
**Location:** 217 North Main Street, Rutland, Vermont
**Salary Range:** $90,000 - $100,000
