Overview

The Vermont Department of Health is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator I for the Commissioner's office.  This position has the direct responsibility of preparing and maintaining items essential to the daily operations for two Deputy Commissioners and other senior staff within the office including meeting scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and writing correspondence. The Coordinator will interact with the staff throughout the Department on a daily basis and will also have a role in orienting new staff to the Commissioner's office, answering questions and providing services as they relate to building access. 

 

The Administrative Services Coordinator will act as a business liaison on relevant financial and business matters. The Coordinator will also provide technical support, track and manage workflow for documents requiring signatures and assist in preparation of confidential information.  This position will also manage special projects like the annual public service recognition event, and Vermont Shares Campaign.
