Do you thrive on organization, love a good checklist, and enjoy keeping fast-moving creative projects humming along? We are a 79-year-old family-owned business seeking a full-time Advertising Assistant to help wrangle all of the important tasks that make our products, catalogs, and website shine.
This is a behind-the-scenes hero role—you’ll be the go-to person who makes sure deadlines are met, details are tracked, and everyone knows what’s happening (and when). If you’re organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and like working with a fun and talented team, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep advertising and catalog production timelines on track from kickoff to press time
- Coordinate with designers, writers, merchandisers, and printers to make sure all the puzzle pieces fit
- Create and update schedules, checklists, and project documents
- Route PDFs for review, track feedback, and follow up on changes
- Help wrangle product samples and image assets as needed
- Support Advertising Management Team
- Keep everyone in the loop with friendly reminders and clear updates
- Pitch in wherever needed—because that’s what great teams do!
