What You Will Do:

  •  Support failure analysis including understanding variables related to assembly, test and overall system function
  • Create and improve work instructions to build electro-mechanical assemblies and communicate directly to assembly technicians
  • Provide feedback to design engineering on manufacturability of current and future designs
  • Work in cross functional teams including operations, quality, design engineering, and supply chain to reach common goals
  • Select and design tooling and equipment for use in production with justification of cost and reliability

What You Will Learn:

  • How to support fast paced manufacturing processes
  • CORE methodology for manufacturing to support efficiency and reduce waste
  • Geometrical Dimension & Tolerancing

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, experience with Kaizen events or experience with a continuous improvement program
  • Excellent communication skills, Comfortable working directly with hourly labor and senior leadership
  • Drive for action and quality focused

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD – 130,000 USD.
