Job Description
OverviewThe Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking a Financial Manager III to join the Federal Programming section of our Division of Finance and Administration. This role is essential in overseeing fiscal operations for federally funded programs that support Vermont’s transportation system.
The Financial Manager will be responsible for monitoring project financial status, maintaining and updating databases, preparing reports, and working closely with project development staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Access, are required. Experience with federal aid highway project funding is highly desirable.
This position is based in an office setting with the option for a hybrid telework schedule, subject to approval.
