Salary and compensation:
Base salary: $52,000 - $59,000

Job Summary
Assistant Operations Managers will support compliant operations of SIT programs, liaising with program staff to collect information and reports as well as assisting Global Operations Managers with internal and external compliance, finance and human resource processes.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact and support for ADs and CDs to ensure successful collaboration with home office administrative teams.
• Manage program material revision processes and documentation workflow in collaboration with program staff.
• Onboard new international staff, coordinate training schedules, and facilitate access to internal systems.
• Support staff, faculty, and students with international and domestic travel logistics as needed.
• Manage the program communication tool (PCT) and reporting procedures for the region, ensuring all required reporting is received and properly stored.
• Coordinate computer and equipment procurement for programs and international staff.
• Assist in hiring new local employees and contractors for all programs, ensuring that internal processes are followed.
• Support implementation of compliant payroll processes.
• Assist Global Operations Managers with legal compliance matters such as annual tax and activity reporting, renewal of leases, and other periodic compliance-related processes.
• Support negotiation, execution, and tracking of service agreements.
• Assist onboarding and training programs with the evaluation of staffing needs, divisions of labor, and workflows.
• Lead and participate in Operations Team projects.
• Coordinate pre-program logistics planning in cases where no local staff are available to do so.
• Assist with the program budget process, financial analysis, and expense reporting.
• Solve operational problems and strengthen communication structures.
• Change administrative processes to make them more efficient.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Experience/Education:
• Master's degree in international education or a related field OR Bachelor's degree and at least two years of work experience, preferably in study abroad or a related
