Welcome and register guests, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience. Anticipate
and respond to guest requirements and resolve guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor the revenue activity of the inn. Develop and manage work schedules for staff by ensuring
adequate coverage and efficient operations. Train staff and evaluate their performance, offering
feedback. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to maintain
necessary stock levels. Oversee room bookings, cancellations, and modifications to maximize
occupancy. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
