Summary of Role:

Design, develop and maintain software application solutions for Fab 9's growing Factory Automation initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements. Modify existing software applications to add new functionality, adapt to new hardware, and improve performance and usability.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with user stakeholders and software architect team leaders to finalize requirements.

• Self-start and close knowledge gaps efficiently.

• Craft a variety of solutions using incumbent/legacy and contemporary technology to produce positive outcomes for Factory Systems.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Graduating with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field from an accredited degree program.

• Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

• Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.

• Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

• Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong planning & organizational skills

• Ability to navigate programming in multiple languages such as: Perl, Python, Java and/or C.

• Good foundation in relational databases, DB2 and/or Oracle. Demonstrated ability to debug and alter SQL.

• Willingness and ability to work on front (UI, HTML) and back-end applications.

Expected Salary Range
$54,200.00 - $110,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
