Job Description
We’re looking for a problem-solver, people-person, and project juggler all in one. As our Customer Service Specialist, you’ll work side-by-side with our Office Manager and Operations Manager to keep projects on track, clients informed, and our field crews productive and efficient.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for clients — over the phone, email, and occasionally in person.
- Schedule jobs, coordinate with field crews, and keep projects moving smoothly.
- Work closely with our Office Manager and Operations Manager to keep schedules tight, communication clear, and customers happy.
- Help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations by spotting inefficiencies and suggesting better ways to get things done.
- Support and maintain field team productivity and efficiency by ensuring they have the right information, materials, and schedules before they head out.
- Handle customer questions and follow-ups so they always feel in the loop.
- Keep records and schedules accurate — because nobody likes a mix-up.
