Our CSRs build rapport with customers by actively listening and asking meaningful questions to uncover financial needs and suggest appropriate products and services that will enhance each individual’s banking experience.
CSR duties include:
• Accepting and accurately processing financial transactions, such as cashing checks, making deposits, and processing withdrawals
• Assisting customers with more complex transactions like opening and updating accounts, sending wire transfers and troubleshooting technical issues
• Maintaining proficient knowledge of our products and services
• Maintaining proficient knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, and regulations applicable to the position to ensure compliance
• Adapting to customer needs throughout the day; changing direction to meet the needs of the customer in front of you

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer incoming calls and emails and assure proper distribution of messages
• Recognize and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for loan, investment and commercial products and services
• Provide safe deposit access to authorized customers
• Resolve customer concerns related to products and services
• Ensure daily safety and security procedures are followed
• Accurately assist customers with and process transactions 
• Assist customers with the purchase of bank checks and money orders 
• Ensure daily duties and responsibilities are completed efficiently 
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash drawer policy limits, if applicable
• Assure proper documentation is obtained and procedures and standards are followed
• Assist customers with Digital Banking Platform
• Conduct necessary research using Director and Insyte
• Support initiatives and mission of QSSI
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assure lobby coverage to greet and assist customers
• Provide coverage at other branches, as needed
• Maintain proper supplies for work area
• Other job-related tasks, as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and fingers due to regular computer use
