We are looking for someone to fill our Director of Financial Analytics position based out of the Waterbury State Office Complex. This position manages the Analytics Unit within the DCF Business Office, which is composed of the Cost Allocation Plan team and the Budget Team.  Core responsibilities of this position include creating the monthly financial monitoring reports for the department, overseeing the quarterly cost allocation and federal financial reporting, managing the annual budget data entry process, oversee the closeout revenue and expense reconciliation for the department, and act as the Deputy Business Office Director for the Department. 

 

While this position is based out of Waterbury, there is opportunity for a hybrid (in office/remote) schedule. Some travel, mostly in state, may be required. Experience with cost allocation, fund accounting, federal reporting and knowledge of state financial bulletins and Guidance for Federal Financial Assistance is preferred.
