Our client, a very busy family-owned company in Brattleboro VT, is looking for an Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team!
Your skills/qualifications for the Part Time Administrative Assistant position:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years recent and relevant administrative office experience
- Strong computer skills MS Office and data entry
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently or part of a team
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and interest in growth opportunities
Benefits you will receive as the Administrative Assistant:
- Temp to hire position
- Part-Time 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm
- $20-$22/hour based on skills and experience

Your responsibilities as the Part Time Administrative Assistant:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Manage email/phone inquiries
- Maintain job specifications and contact information in database
- Process work orders
- Review and approve proofs
- Communicate with clients for estimates and approvals
- Manage/maintain hard copy files
- Coordinate with team to ensure jobs are produced on schedule
- Relationship-building with current and prospective clients
- Offer recommendations for process/quality improvement
- Complete other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
