Job Description
Production Associate
As a Production Associate, you’ll work on the assembly of mechanical and electrical components for a wide range of products. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, prints, and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work with production leads and engineers to ensure quality
- Support other departments when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of manufacturing or construction experience (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs. frequently, up to 75 lbs. occasionally
Metal Fabrication Production Associate
As a Metal Fabrication Production Associate, you’ll work with modern metalworking tools to produce precision parts for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press brakes, lasers, punches, and related fabrication equipment
- Perform tasks such as bending, deburring, and part inspection
- Read and follow part prints and work instructions
- Clean, package, and prepare parts for next stages
- Keep equipment, tooling, and workstations clean and organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of metal fabrication experience preferred
- Experience with metal forming machines (press brake, laser, punch)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications (Both Roles):
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply if eager to learn

Experience and Certifications
· Preferred: 5+ years of manufacturing or construction experience.
· Familiarity with basic electrical wiring or mechanical skills are preferred.
· Candidates can be entry-level as long as they can follow instructions; have a willingness to learn, and perform job operations timely sequential manner.
· Available Monday through Friday for first shift work, with occasional overtime.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
· Ability to lift 15-20 lbs. repeatedly with occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
· High energy and positive attitude with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and help to get things done as required.
