Our manufacturing client in Chester, VT is looking for Warehouse Associates to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Warehouse Associate position are as follows:
- 1+ year previous manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Basic math/computer skills and ability to use calculator
- Standing for long periods throughout the shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

- Temp to Hire position
- Desirable 4 day work week
- Full time Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm or 5pm – 3am
- $18/hour plus shift differential of $2.50/hour for 2nd shift

As a Warehouse Associate your duties will include:
- Prepare orders for shipping
- Receive/inspect incoming materials
- Forklift operation
- Warehouse maintenance
- Distribute shipments throughout facility
- Inventory/material handling tasks
- Ensure regulatory/quality compliance and adherence to policies/procedures
- Completed required paperwork/data entry
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Other duties as assigned
