Overview
At Skamania Lodge, we believe our guests choose us because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.
You will be managing group room reservations along with room inventory for the hotel through effective administration and attention to detail to ensure complete customer satisfaction as well as to maximize room revenue. You will also be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our Group Contacts and guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically assist Group Contacts and guests with reservations, inquiries, and cancellations, you must be engaging and able to answer questions and provide information.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assists in conducting monthly trend statistics on treatments and peak operating times.
- Consistently researches and recommends changes in retail and professional products, keeping abreast of market and industry trends/changes.
- Implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve departmental financial budgeting goals and expectations.
- Develops and recommends department products, programs, services, policies, and procedures.
- Consistently deliver accurate forecasting projections for areas of responsibility and implement effective adjustments as required in staffing and other cost drivers to ensure margin integrity.
- Coordinate spa packages and analyze service metrics to optimize performance.
- Creates a team that meets all aspects of professionalism and service demands, ensuring that the staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, and activities by conducting regularly scheduled staff meetings and training workshops.
- Promotes and champions resort culture and guiding principles, leads this process on an ongoing basis
- Maintain facility cleanliness and functionality, overseeing equipment upkeep and preventative maintenance.
- Oversee daily operations of the Spa, Pool, and Fitness Center, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.

- First Year: 88 hours/year (max 120)
- 1–5 Years: 128 hours/year (max 160)
- 5–10 Years: 168 hours/year (max 200)
- 10+ Years: 208 hours/year (max 240)

1 hour for every 40 worked up to 40 hours a year with rollover option to 120.
Hours
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.
Compensation
$24.00 – $24.00/hour

Qualifications
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Computer skills including excel and outlook - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software. People Person - must possess a professional, positive presentation and strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
- Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance.
- Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner.
Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $24.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
