Job Description
OverviewThe Department of Liquor and Lottery is hiring to fill one of the positions on its 6-person customer service team. The team is tasked with processing digital applications and winning claims. As a part of the team, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers navigate licensing processes and generating prize payout checks. While you will be working independently on applications and claims, it will be in an effort to complete the sum of the team's workload. A keen attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential as you liaise with licensees/winners to address their questions and concerns.
As of July 14, 2025, the step 1 rate for pay grade 18 will be $20.99 per hour.
Environmental FactorsMust be able to work quickly and accurately in order to meet customer needs. Normal office conditions prevail. Some overtime work may be required.
