Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. Part time drivers needed and Home daily. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires operating tractor-trailers, straight trucks, and forklifts. If you have experience in delivery driving and are proficient in manual transmission, we encourage you to apply. We are a locally owned, 95 year old trucking company.

Duties:
- Safely operate various types of trucks and heavy equipment, including tractor-trailers, straight trucks, and forklifts.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver or delivery driver.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as tractor-trailers, straight trucks, and forklifts.
- Familiarity with manual transmission is required.
- Ability to load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
