Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school and its staff.
- Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff, creating a welcoming and responsive environment.
- Support the school team in preparing documents, reports, and tracking critical information.
- Provide backup administrative support to other program locations within a 10-mile radius as needed.
- Assist with coordinating communications between staff, parents, and external organizations.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and sensitivity when working with information related to children and families.
