Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school and its staff.
  • Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff, creating a welcoming and responsive environment.
  • Support the school team in preparing documents, reports, and tracking critical information.
  • Provide backup administrative support to other program locations within a 10-mile radius as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating communications between staff, parents, and external organizations.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and sensitivity when working with information related to children and families.
