Job Description
- Prepares and cooks food items according to the restaurant's menu and chef's instructions.
- Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Works in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
