Job Description

  • Prepares and cooks food items according to the restaurant's menu and chef's instructions.
  • Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements.
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
  • Works in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
