Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering delicious treats to our valued customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of donuts, ensuring they are fresh, visually appealing, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the cash register, and maintain a balanced till at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including donut preparation areas, serving counters, and dining areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of donut ingredients and products.
- Collaborate with team members to restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and dishwashing, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Follow established procedures for opening and closing the donut shop, including setting up displays, turning on equipment, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
- Uphold our company's values and quality standards, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculations.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
