• Competitive starting wages $22-24 per hour with no experience required. Wages negotiable with experience in precast and construction industry.

• A $1 per hour increase will be granted upon successful completion of a minimum 90-day probation period completing basic training and demonstrating essential performance requirements for the role.

Job Summary:

This is an entry level position working in a production environment. As a Concrete Pour Crew Member, you are responsible for the set-up, placement and finishing of Precast concrete units.

Essential Functions:

1. Protect Family and Friends. Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and guidelines. Support business activities, objectives, and programs. Upon start of work be prepared with proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

2. Integrity. Arrive to work at time schedule
