Your Role:

• Prepare and Perfect: Ready parts for finishing and assembly.
• Craftsmanship: Construct furniture and drawers, ensuring top-notch quality and functionality.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure drawers are symmetrical and operate smoothly; repair any minor damages.
• Versatility: Support other areas of the factory as needed.

Keys to Success:

• Reliability: Excellent attendance and the ability to work 45+ hours per week.
• Efficiency: Production-minded with a focus on quality and speed.
• Problem Solving: Ability to see how parts fit together and resolve assembly challenges.
• Tool Savvy: Comfortable using powered hand tools.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift moderately heavy items with occasional heavy lifting.

Job Type & Compensation:

• Full-Time Position: Consistent hours and job stability.
• Growth Opportunities: Three performance-based wage increases within the first year.
• Competitive Pay: Hourly wage with weekly pay, Assemblers’ Incentive Bonus, and more!
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 6 AM – 10 AM.
