CSWD has an immediate opening for a highly organized, reliable, professional who will support human resource initiatives including onboarding, administration, training and development, performance management, employment law and compliance, and compensation and benefit programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an enthusiastic willingness to assist an amazing staff, and superior people skills required. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources (PHR certification preferred) and three years of human resource experience.
