Job Description
The RMA Technician is part of the Production Department and provides support to Manufacturing. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems within devices returned by customers.
- Read product schematics such as Gerber files, PCAD, and Altium.
- Administer related transactions utilizing Excel and the company database.
- Relay findings to production, quality, and engineering.
- Provide repair/replace estimates on RMA’s.
- Perform incoming inspection of electrical components.
- Participate in Production department functions.
- Cleaning of contaminated equipment returned by customers.
- Customer service.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and directives assigned by management are expected to be performed.
