What you will be doing:

• Maintain concrete block forms (structurally) 
• Strip, clean, oil and close forms
• Stack blocks for loader operator, stack in yard if needed
• Clean plant daily, sweep, keep area tidy and safe, power wash as needed
• Vibrate concrete forms with 20lb. backpack vibrator
• Maintain stock pile of rebar hooks or loops for blocks
• Maintain a positive attitude towards work and the team
• Maintain and clean kitchen area daily 
• Follows appropriate environmental rules and regulations
• Other job duties as needed

What’s needed for this role:

• Must be able to lift and/or maneuver around a facility and grounds a minimum of 50lbs. throughout the workday, as required
• Load/unload/carry materials and tools multiple times throughout the workday
• Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job efficiently and safely
• Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary.  Some Saturday work required

• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
• Work in a safe and efficient manner at all time
• Always represent the company in a professional manner 
• Must have your own vehicle
• No drug test required, but you must be drug free
