Job Description
The Position
The Marketing and Relationships Manager works in both divisions with internal staff, advisors,
sub-contractors, the Chief Executive and Chief Strategy officers to:
• Manage sales campaigns using the Company’s CRM system (Oracle NetSuite) and market
information system (FisherSolve)
• Design and develop campaign supporting materials
• Conduct market research to establish the need for a product
• Manage the Customer Service function through direct interactions with customers, and by
tracking fulfillment
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders to fulfill customer requests for equipment,
parts, and in-field service
• Prepare, send out, and follow up on customer invoices
• Manage company marketing channels i.e. website, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate
The above responsibilities currently reside in one person, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.
The function is expected to grow with the Company.
