The Project Manager manages all aspects of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Engineering Services projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Manages and leads teams of multi-discipline professionals. Coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the proposal, engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third party companies contributing to the initiative.
• Manages projects with Engineering, Procurement and Construction scopes.
• Manages multiple clients and/or projects.
• Obtains new/repeat business; supports contract negotiations with client peers.
• Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
Typically 7 years experience of previous project management experience.
Previous project experience in Ammonia/Fertilizer/or related process industries.
Bachelor of science degree.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
Typical office environment: Sitting/standing/computer usage for extended periods of time. Speaking/Listening. Ability to utilize audio/video conferencing software for internal/external communication purposes.
Typical construction environment: Extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation). Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
