ResponsibilitiesAsset based solutions (ABS) serves a broad spectrum of clients across healthcare, financial services and energy segments with technology-enabled services. We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) expert to work with our clients and growing data visualization team to develop and deliver exceptional BI solutions. This is a critical role responsible for design, development, and implementation of the portfolio of analytic BI solutions and services offered through our SaaS platform. Responsibilities:
+ Work independently and as a member of a multi-functional, dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to architect Business Intelligence platform and solutions.
+ Design the set-up and security of applications, dashboards, and other tools made using BI tools.
+ Consult with clients, users, and managers to determine the scope and need for different data visualizations and then develop these tools and ensure their proper configuration.
+ Oversee design and implementation of data pipelines to produce regular reports for internal and external consumption with appropriate visualizations.
+ Communicate data-driven findings to non-technical audiences, with an emphasis on powering business decisions.
+ Bachelors or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
+ 5+ years of experience building and delivering BI solutions in a fast-paced consulting or product development or application development environment with full development life cycle experience .
+ Must have strong hands-on experience in one or more BI tools such as PowerBI, TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik and RShiny.
+ Experience with SQL, R or Python to leverage in BI solutions.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to navigate through areas of ambiguity, identify and take ownership of issues, and drive them to resolution.
+ US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder). Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust Clearance due to potential government projects.Preferred:
+ Experience producing high performance data visualizations using big data
+ Data modeling and advanced visualization experience
+ Experience with BI tools configuration and administration, familiarity with cloud environment (Azure/AWS)
+ Demonstrated experience showing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take initiative
