Job Description

1) Initiates activities for those residents requiring individual planning.

2) Assists Activity Director in planning and implementing activities for special events including birthdays, Holidays, Nursing Home Week, etc…
3) Helps to maintain bulletin board displays throughout the facility.
4) Assists in maintaining neat and orderly activity area.
5) Other duties as assigned by the Activities Director, Director of Nursing Services, or Human Services Director.
6) Assists in transporting residents to and from group activities and implementing such activities.
