1) Set up resident trays including name cards, plates, napkins, silverware, appropriate condiments, juices and desserts.
2) Wash all serving trays and plate covers.
3) Make sure the Break Room, Snack Cart and Snack room are all stocked.
4) Follows infection control procedures as directed.
5) Cooperates with other Dietary Personnel.
6) PM Kitchen personnel will mop the dishwasher room, the cook area and the Cart entry floor.
7) Other tasks as assigned by the Cook or Dietary Supervisor.
