Job Description
Immediate need for a part time Secretary/Office Manager for a busy local real estate firm. Will answer phones, route calls, take accurate messages and greet visitors. Will perform bookkeeping and recordkeeping functions. Will oversee advertising, making sure ads are properly placed in a timely manner. Will create property listings using an online system. Must have excellent computer skills including QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel and Publisher). Must be highly reliable, willing to learn and a self-starter. Must be friendly, have good communication skills and be a team player. Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. Apply by resume which will be emailed to employer.
