Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network Medical Group, Inc. seeks Hematologist/ Oncologists (multiple openings) to work at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT, and provide medical care to patients with hematologic disorders in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Will also: (i) participate in UVMMC’s FACT program (autologous transplant program); (ii) participate in teaching of medical students, residents and fellows at UVM and UVMMC; (iii) provide inpatient and consultative hematology/oncology services; (iv) actively participate in scheduled multidisciplinary hematology and transplant conferences; and (v) participate in recruitment for clinical trials and lead clinical trials as appropriate.

Must have MD, DO, or foreign equivalent degree plus Hematology – Oncology Fellowship training and have (or be eligible for) VT medical license. Must also be BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology, possess valid DEA certificate, and be able to obtain hospital privileges.
