Cobotic Welder Operator / Automation Technician
Join Our Growing Automation Team
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as a
Cobotic Welder Operator / Automation Technician. This is a unique opportunity to get on
the ground floor of a growing automation initiative and build a long-term career working
with advanced manufacturing technology.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, mechanically inclined, comfortable
with technology and interested in helping shape the future of manufacturing operations.
Prior welding experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right
person.
What You’ll Do
Operate and support collaborative robotic welding systems (“cobots”)
Learn robotic welding programming and setup
Assist with fixture setup, part alignment, and process adjustments
Monitor weld quality and troubleshoot basic production issues
Work closely with engineering and operations teams on automation
improvements
Help develop and improve automated manufacturing processes
Participate in the growth of our automation and advanced manufacturing
capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Strong willingness to learn and grow

Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology/automation
Ability to solve problems and think critically
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills
Experience with fabrication, welding, robotics, CNC equipment, or manufacturing
technology is a plus, but not required
