Stay updated on current developments in project planning and controls methodologies Identify, research, and resolve issues and discrepancies within project schedules Aggregate schedule inputs and maintain/update project schedules using MS Project Record project data in relevant databases and platforms, both internal and external Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders Monitoring project timelines and proactively identify potential delays, facilitating timely interventions Facilitate meeting coordination and activities Extract and analyze data from various systems to derive meaningful business insights Collaborate with clients, service areas, and vendors to ensure accuracy of milestones, tasks, and schedules Ensure synchronization between internal and external schedules Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery strategies for schedule slippage Maintain enterprise Integrated Master Schedule, including individual project schedules, timelines, roadmaps, interdependencies, constraints, and resourcing needs Perform scenario planning, impact analysis, and coordination of change management processes Provide guidance on scheduling best practices and project control methodologies Contribute to the documentation for policies and procedures surrounding project controlling, monitoring, and scheduling Maintain project records related to controlling and scheduling activities Apply expert knowledge to prepare briefing materials to executive leadership, high-profile clients, stakeholders, often under time constraints and with incomplete information Tailor content to various audiences to effectively communicate information for meetings and briefings as required Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and leadership, adhering to deadlines Engage across teams to identify and collect information and coordinate inputs for meetings and briefings as required Proactively address obstacles and escalate issues to facilitate task completion Support specific and ad hoc areas as directed Propose process improvements based on thorough analysis and ensure successful implementation through follow-up Participate in knowledge transfer and mentorship of other Associates Perform other related duties as necessary ABOUT THE BENEFITS -- We're proud to put our signature on each one of our employees.
