Facilities Repairperson (#S4739PO)
The University of Vermont (UVM) is recruiting a Facilities Repairperson. This is a full-time position with great benefits and work life balance. This position performs a variety of duties and responsibilities to maintain buildings and components. Duties can be carpentry, painting, door repairs, heating, cooling, plumbing and other minor building repairs. Facilities Repairpersons may be required to operate a university vehicle or an aerial lift.
High school diploma and three years’ experience in building maintenance field i.e. building components such as heating, cooling, plumbing systems, carpentry and painting required. Experience using computers and mobile technology required. Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain and driver’s check may be required.
