Job Responsibilities
Work closely with R&D project team members to develop hardware prototypes from the ground up. An Electronics Assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical and electronic components and systems. They will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality and functionality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and electronic components, sub-assemblies, cable harnesses, and systems based on sketches, schematics, and work orders.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and component placement according to specifications.
- Test and inspect assembled products to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Document assembly and testing results for quality control purposes.
