Description

Course Overview

The (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is the summit for which all cybersecurity techs aim. This certification covers a very broad sample of cybersecurity topics, including physical security, digital strategy, and policy creation. As a management-level certification, it sits at the top of the DoD directive 8140/8570 list of certifications and, because of that, it is constantly in demand and comes with an average salary of over $100k per year.

Included

  • CISSP course

    • instructive video

    • interactive labs

    • pre-tests/post-tests

    • textbook

  • Weekly live group tutoring sessions

Prerequisites

Anyone can take the exam, though we strongly recommend having a Security+ certification first. To be considered a full CISSP, one must have five years or more of verified experience in at least six of the exam domains. Those without that experience will, upon passing the exam, receive an associate CISSP certification designation. They will be eligible for the full CISSP once the work requirements have been fulfilled, assuming that the CISSP certification has been kept current.
